Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.


Domestic Returns (U.S. Orders)

Unopened Items

Unopened and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • A $9.99 return & restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • A prepaid return label will be provided once your return is approved

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.


Opened or Used Products

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, opened or used items are not eligible for full refunds.

If your item has been opened or used, we may offer one of the following resolutions:

  • A partial refund without requiring a return, or
  • A return for refund minus a $9.99 return & restocking fee

Resolution options are provided at our discretion and are limited to one per customer.


Promotional Purchases

Items purchased as part of a promotion or special offer are considered final sale once opened.

If a promotional item is not returned, it is only eligible for a partial refund in accordance with our policy.


International Orders

We accept international returns under the following conditions:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels for international orders
  • A $9.99 return & restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Returns must be approved before being sent back.

If an international order is not returned, only a partial refund may be issued.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof so we can resolve the issue.


Return Approval Required

All returns must be approved before being sent back. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Situations

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Products used beyond normal testing
  • Dissatisfaction due to personal preference, shade perception, or coverage expectations
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in delays in resolution and restrictions on future orders.
