The 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Section 01What's covered

This guarantee applies to one product: the KST Collagen Silk Ampoule.

Other KST Labs products are not included unless we state otherwise on the product page or at the time of purchase.

It covers qualifying purchases made directly through an official KST Labs online storefront.

Section 02Your 90 days begin when your order is delivered

Your guarantee period starts on the date the shipping carrier marks your qualifying order delivered.

From that date, you have 90 calendar days to contact us and request a refund.

Requests made after day 90 are not eligible under this guarantee.

Section 03What you need to do

Give the Ampoule a fair opportunity. Use it according to the instructions provided with the product or on our website.

If you've done that and you're not satisfied, request a refund inside your 90-day window.

Section 04No before-and-after photos required

We don't require customers to prove that the product didn't work.

You will not be required to submit:

• Before-and-after photographs
• Photographs demonstrating skin changes
• Medical records
• Written proof of results
• Documentation showing the product was ineffective

We may ask about your experience so we can understand customer feedback and improve our products.

Your dissatisfaction does not need to be proven through photographs or other evidence.

We do need enough information to identify the purchase. Your name, email address or order number.

Section 05What we'll refund

Approved claims refund the purchase price you actually paid for the eligible Collagen Silk Ampoule.

The guarantee does not refund:

• Original shipping or delivery charges
• Expedited shipping charges
• Shipping protection or similar optional services
• Separate products not covered by this guarantee
• Other fees outside the purchase price of the eligible Ampoule

If we made an error, or your product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, separate refund or replacement rights may apply under our standard customer service policies.

Section 06Do you have to finish the product?

No.

You do not need to use every last drop before deciding whether the Ampoule is right for you.

This guarantee is meant for customers who genuinely bought the product intending to try it.

Use it as directed, give it a fair try, and contact us inside your guarantee period if you're still not satisfied.

Section 07What if your skin becomes irritated?

If you experience irritation, discomfort or another unwanted reaction, stop using the product.

Don't keep using it simply to satisfy the guarantee.

Section 08One guarantee claim per customer

This guarantee exists so you can try the Ampoule without carrying all of the financial risk.

It is not intended to provide repeated free products.

KST Labs may limit the guarantee to one approved claim per customer or household, per 12-month period.

You can keep buying KST products after a refund. Those purchases may not receive a new 90-day guarantee period during those 12 months.

Section 09Multiple bottles, bundles and promotional offers

Bought as part of a bundle, multi-unit offer, discount, Buy One Get One or another promotion?

Any refund is based on the amount actually paid and allocated to the eligible product after applicable discounts.

Free promotional products have no refundable cash value. A claim does not increase the amount originally paid.

Section 10Subscription orders

If your first Ampoule purchase is made through a subscription, that initial order may be covered.

Later renewal orders are not automatically refunded just because the first order is inside its 90 days.

Renewals, cancellations and recurring order refunds follow the subscription terms and our applicable subscription and refund policies.

Filing a claim does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel or modify future orders separately if you no longer want them.

Section 11Damaged, incorrect or missing orders

You don't need this guarantee to resolve an order that:

• Arrived damaged
• Arrived defective
• Contained the wrong product
• Was missing an item
• Was never delivered

Report those directly to Customer Care. They're handled under our shipping, replacement and refund procedures.

Whenever possible, we'd rather correct an order issue than treat it as dissatisfaction with the product.

Section 12How to claim your guarantee

Contact KST Labs Customer Care within 90 days of delivery and:

• Tell us you'd like to use the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
• Include your name, email address or order number

Our team may ask about your experience. Those questions help us improve, and you are not required to prove a particular result.

Once approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.

Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post it.

Section 13Returns under the guarantee

You do not need to mail an opened Ampoule back to receive an approved refund, unless we specifically instruct you to during the claim.

Please don't mail products to us without return instructions from Customer Care.

Normal returns outside this guarantee may be subject to our separate Return & Refund Policy.

Section 14The guarantee is different from our return policy

These are two separate policies:

• Return & Refund Policy — change-of-mind or unused returns. 30 days, and a $9.99 restocking fee applies.
• 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee — for when you've genuinely tried it. Full purchase-price refund, no restocking fee.

Where a request qualifies under both, our Customer Care team will help determine the right resolution.

Section 15Fair use

We created this guarantee to make trying KST easier, not harder. In return, we ask that you use it fairly.

We reserve the right to deny or investigate claims that reasonably indicate:

• Fraud or duplicate claims
• Manipulated orders or resale activity
• Attempts to obtain refunds exceeding the amount paid
• Multiple claims for the same purchase
• Repeated misuse of the guarantee

Section 16Purchases from other retailers

Unless we expressly state otherwise, this guarantee covers only purchases made directly from an official KST Labs online storefront.

Purchases from these sellers follow that seller's policies instead:

• Amazon
• TikTok Shop
• Retail stores and marketplaces
• Unauthorized sellers and resale platforms
• Other third parties

The exception is where KST Labs expressly states that the purchase participates in this guarantee.

Section 17Changes to the guarantee

KST Labs may modify or discontinue this guarantee for future purchases.

Changes will never reduce the coverage that applied to your purchase at the time you made it.

The version in effect on the date you buy governs that purchase.
